    If anyone is sitting on the fence, I HIGHLY suggest that you give Allan an email and allow him to assist you!

    But please, give the man time to respond I can only imagine how many emails and quotes he is dealing with!!

    Didnt read everything but I guess the "service" is for CA and US only?

    Yep. Seems so thus far. I have someone on the case though - looking into the possibility of extending this type of "scheme" for those outside Allan's catchment area.....would be good if we could get a similar system to Allan's set up for EMEA customers. Will keep this thread updated with progress.

    Guys, I need to apologize for the hold up on some requests. I had to make a couple phone calls to help new owners, not to mention a meeting in the afternoon which slowed me down a bit. I will be working extra tomorrow to finish all the requests in a timely manner.

    Just to update all on this. Allan's boss is looking at this now. I think he sees the value in NA, so hopefully he can get that point across to his counterparts in EMEA.
