Thank You! Im still trying to cover some ground on the requests as quick as possible without mistakes
Also, I am trying to set up a small team of agents who will be able to log in here a couple hours a day to answer quick questions anyone might have.
I will continue with the quotes and the customer contacts.
To the ones I have not replied, I see your emails comming in every couple minutes, will get to them today if possible.

Yep. Seems so thus far. I have someone on the case though - looking into the possibility of extending this type of "scheme" for those outside Allan's catchment area.....would be good if we could get a similar system to Allan's set up for EMEA customers. Will keep this thread updated with progress.
Great work for CA & US though Allan, keep up the good work!

haha. Welcome to the overwhelming world of social media, Allan. Great to have you around. You are going to have to scale some heads in to help you (as I saw you mentioned in a subsequent post already). But in the meantime, forgive me for laughing. It makes me feel better to have someone join me in the awesome world of customer engagement and infinite work streams.
Just to update all on this. Allan's boss is looking at this now. I think he sees the value in NA, so hopefully he can get that point across to his counterparts in EMEA.
