Any errors?

During installation it gives me an error saying Data1.cab not accessible when its right there in the disk. I can extract the cab but the installation cant find it. Searched in the net and tried copying to local disk and install, but no luck!

Called up the place where i got the game from and they say its not compatible with win7.

Run the installer with administrator rights (right click > run as administrator)! Try compatibility mode for XP too.
Temporarily turn off your antivirus .

If all else fails, try getting another copy as it is compatible with Windows 7, I know I played it on my M17x and they had Vista and Windows 7.

BlackLight:Retribution's use of alienfx is pretty awesome. It changes when using nightvision(?), when stunned, keyboard turns blue with pulse effects. Very cool. Didn't know that there are some games that utilise alienfx before this game. I hope more developers will utilise this :P

League of Legends supports it too. Flashes red when you take damage and goes white when you die.

Perhaps theres more that I havent noticed as well. As I use an external keyboard and screen on my m11x when I play games I don't notice it much :P

Diablo 3 would be great, period!
We have been waiting several years for it and still nothing. In the meantime graphics have evolved significantly which would seriously outdate the current proposed Diablo 3. My guess is we will never see it ...unless they redesign the game completely so that the characters are full size as with most games today.

Serious Sam 3: BFE supports AlienFX. The colors change with health status, when you're hit, and in menus.
