M17x and DPC Latency

I would like to know why the M17x has DPC latency :

I'm almost sure all the M17x have this problem and I would like to know how to fix it...

Honestly I have never heard of DCP before or that tool. What is the point of it?

This has been a reoccurring issue with many laptops. There is a very long thread here which may be of interest to some... A big factor has been the wifi card. Some people have reported that switching off the unused band coverage has helped... IMO there really is no simple fix.

All my applications were closed.

I have try to disable all the device in the device manager (one by one) and there's no change.. :/

Yes I didnt know of this until I started reading here.

I downloaded and mine appears like this one here...
I have BT and wifi off.. I will have to tweak things and see what is causing this.. I should format, and just install basic drivers and go from there... No alienware software ect... maybe even before antivirus ... Just to see when it appears..
