    reagan,

If you are looking for recommendations you should fill out the FAQ that was created. It is a still at the top of the forum.

If not I will move this to the Alienware forum.

Yeah, more information is needed. We have no idea what you want.

Reconsider getting an Alienware - read some of the threads in the A-W forum.

Alienware has some image of being the ferrari of cars. I used to think alienware was the best and so badly wanted one - as did all of my friends... until I discovered the terrible truth

Doesn't make up for their customer service though.

Lol, too bad that the fatality rate of crashes over 50mph is 70% in those little POS's

Anyway, Alienware does have the coolness factor. But from what everyone seems to be saying their customer support sucks. I have a friend with a m5500, that machine is soooo trick, and we are both really notebook sevie (how ever you spell it), so most of the problems he could encounter he can take care of outside their support, that is if they don't help. He hasn't had any problems with his m5500 yet. He turned in his dell because the motherboard fried on it twice and the hard drive stoped working. So I guess the thing to do is go with what you think. Your first intuition is almost always the corecct one. Just a FYI I am ordering a Alienware soon. I was going for the m5700.
