    Default AlienFX for WMP/iTunes is Awesome!

    How come none of you told me about this audio visualization that comes standard with our M18x? It's sick!! It works way better than the Awesome method used for our old R2's. Besides working with Windows Media Player out of the box, this also works with iTunes. For some this works out of the box. If it does not use, the following method to easily get it up and running. You may need to go into the control panels "folder option" and enable show hidden files under the view tab to see the AppData folder.

    I'm talking about the AlienFX visualization in WMP. It's sick!!! Before on the R2 we had to download a plugin and configure it. I'm so glad Dell added this without any work on our behalf. It works great with the audio.

    it's under visualizations in windows media player. Select AlienFX.

    Isn't it!??!! It scared me the first time it started up!!! lol!!!! It goes PERFECT with the music!!! The timing is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
