Default R3 wont post, need help asap

So I was trying to get the damn switchable graphics to work, but it kept giving me 2 monitors instead of just 1. And the FN+F7 wouldn't do anything. I have the modded a10 bios and was messing around with some of the settings. I can't remember what I did, but I think it had something to do with changing the settings for the display. Now when I try to power on, it just gives me a black screen, no fans power on, and I can hear a slight ticking sound (not the same as a HDD tick). Any idea on how to get past this? I have looked around for how to blind flash the bios, but nothing has worked. I even tried resetting the bios by removing the battery, but no luck so far.

Remove the AC adapter, battery and coin cell battery for a couple of mins, this will reset the changes you made in the BIOS and it should be back to normal.

I already tried that, but no luck. I'll give it another shot. I gotta go get my haircut, so I'll leave it out while I go and do that.

Ouch. If the battery resets don't work, you can always try plugging in an external monitor to the VGA port and see if it posts to that. Otherwise, you might need a new motherboard, bruddah!

Battery reset didn't do anything. Just sits at a black screen with a tapping sound

Edit: Alright guys, I resolved my issue. I removed my 7970M and when I restarted it gave me the 5 beeps. I checked with Dell and it states that 5 beeps is a bad CMOS battery. I reseated the battery and it booted up. I checked the bios and made sure to change my drive boot order and change from raid to AHCI. It booted up just fine. Reinstalled my GPU and it booted without an issue. Thank God it's not the motherboard.
