    The P1 state has the lower voltage but the card didn't go to that state, so it didn't throttle on me.

    4 p-states. P0 is max performance, P1 lower voltage, P8 and P12 lowest voltage.

    Alright sweet, I'll ask the guys over at mvktech to do a bit of digging then I'll make a thread about it. Possible merging it with my current throttling fix one.

    I got a 7970 in my m15x but I need some drivers to test it. If anyone has a 7970m driver let me know. I want to see how it does against the green team
