    cards run much cooler than my old 5870's never cross 76 degress during benchmarks with that clocks.. cpu is another story as you can see from the screenshot, lol!

    also i keep the card @715/1000 0.96V for every day use and it is hard to see them crossing 70 degrees

    Hi
    I just received my replacement m17x R3 so I join you.
    I couldn't get the 69xx series as I came from xps 1645 with throttling issues, but I guess I'm already kind of a lucky boy ^^.

    Here are my 3d mark 06 scores with my 2630qm and 6870 at stock and 875/1215 (artefact free).

    I'm new in the alienware world, could you tell me if those scores look normal ?
