    If I were you, I would have just waited. When i ordered my m15x and wanted to return it, even with the box not opened they would charge me 20%-25% restocking fee. Unless you have a good reason, ie. return it for another system (order right away on the phone), or unit is not working properly, they would charge you. If you are paranoid that if you return the computer, Dell might build you a crappy sandy bridge in return, than might as well keep your current system. After all, i liked my m15x. I will order the m17x-r3 when released.

    Does anyone have info about the new Radeon 6900m series card that goes in this? I mean, any info about the 6900m out there yet?

    That would be great, but do you know if that 21 days gets hit with restocking fee?

    @usual nite

    Are you saying that a good reason of returning it for another system will bypass the restocking fee?

    If you order another system in that 21 days they will let you return your current one in place of the newer one without any restocking fee.

    Theoretically you could keep doing this until the r3 comes out...

    Correct, if you order within the 21 days as stated by entityX. You will not be charged the restock fee. But again, if you keep returning computers or anything in general, don't expect anything good from it. After all, who know what Dell installs in your system. Used sandy bridge? I'm jk.

    The real question is:

    Will it blend?

    It works the other way around. You put your blender in an M17xR3 and powdered blender components are shot out the exhaust vents.

    Wow, I really want a Sandy Bridge Alienware as my next laptop. Does Alienware usually update their entire line at the same time? The M17x is way too gigantic for my needs, so I hope they come out with the M15x at the same time!
