Alex123, also be sure you are on BIOS A03 or later. If you still have red spikes after using A03 or later + 197.84 or one of the other Dell/NV DPC fix display drivers, see this thread:

    M17x-DPC/ISR tracing

You will need to run a trace to determine what is causing the latency.

I do run on the A03 BIOS + 197.84 Beta drivers , and get random 16000+ DPC spikes , on some games.

Thanks for the reply , BatBoy.

Update : I used the script to trace the spikes and it seems the only driver/file causing dpc latency is "nvlddmkm.sys" , with the highest "Lower Bound" of 10000 and highest "Upper Bound" of 25000.

    Any advice?

Hi guys, im starting to get sick about this machine :/
Well, i just discover than while i am playing, listening music on iTunes or YouTube, if i press the Eject button on the Touch panel i can hear the audio skipping, as stuttering, i ran the DPC checker and i got these awefull red spikes, just the first time i press the eject button i can hear the skipping audio, the next times i got the red spike but no the stuttering, does anyone have this same behaviour ? Don't be ridiculous. Why on earth are you pressing the eject button while listening to music anyway?.This is normal on all M17x 's The M17x R2 does not have DPC Latency .If you need to hit the eject do it via computer & right click your optical drive select eject.

Great, i woke early and the first thing i read is "dont be ridiculous", nice start :P
Dude, is not intentional, sometimes when i am on gaming i cant stop the game to reduce the volume, and my hand is big (well, no that big), but, one of my fingers by accident press the eject button, i though it was just in game and just for be sure i've tested with other multimedia, and i got the same, i love my machine but i got a lemon from Dell, i have already two cards replacement and all the cooling system replaced twice too because overheating, now, i will get another replacement and this time they will change my mobo, i am just worry about everything which dont seeems "normal" to me, in any case is good to know than this happen to you :P
    Thanks for the heads up

Sorry about that as now reading what i wrote it was rude but not intended to be.Was 07.00 when i wrote it lol.You will find that if you hit the eject button on any computer it will generate a DPC latency spike its normal. But if you do it via the computer route and select eject it wont.
    Best Regards

Please , guys can you help me? It looks like everyone got rid of their DPC Latency with the Dell drivers , but i still get latency in games , caused by "nvlddmkm.sys"
