For those who are not familiar with this third party app, please be aware, using this app on your system may void your warranty if any damage is caused as a result of using it. Be sure to read the disclaimer the author of this app includes with the release info.

Bottom line, if you fry your system don't expect Dell to respond to requests for assistance.

i rarely have fps drops in games with the ATIs (depends on driver too and the 10.2 is the best so far for me) so this program is actually useless for me.

but how could a cpu throttling be solved really?

(I only ask because I note with the 10.3 beta ati drivers that my overall latency with video is slightly higher windowed but as soon as it's fullscreened it all lowers back down into the very small green)
I always play full screen and I was wondering why the lagging and the stuttering occurred... After the Bios A03 the stuttering was gone but the lagging would still show up when playing demanding games like dragon age, wow and mass effect so I decided to turn on my latency checker and play wow and dragon age in window mode... I realized that as soon as I entered some gathering hubs(storm wind in wow etc) or just running around in Dragon Age or Mass Effect then when the ATI cards starts to make more noise(the fan) then the latency checker shows a lot of red spikes mostly from 4 to 5 K, and occasionally higher(tired of watching the numbers) as soon as the lagging starts. Annoying... Got a new ATI card today, but that did not change anything. The mother board(MB) the Dell man should replace was defect and he will come back next week Wednesday and try to install a new MB. So it could look like that I am stocked with this issue for another week Any way some people in here have uttered that changing the MB won't solve the issue. GREAT... Not...
Any way thanks to all for the comforting words and suggestions.

That's true, don't let it drag for too long, if they can't fix the issue fast, the should replace the system.
    Back to square one....
