M17x Drivers thread

k, so i did a clean install of windows 7 and i was reinstalling all of the drivers, ive had no issues except for with the alienware command center, it only puts the alienFX and the touch options in and the fusion and sense just dont show up at all in it.

any ideas?

on another note also sincei installed it the battery reads 66% full, plugged in and not charging for the entire time, any advice is appreciated.

The other issue is just a cc/Win7 problem. The only fix is to wait for one.

Alienware support said that they won't release an update for Windows 7 until at least two weeks after it gets shipped retail.

meh, i suppose its not of great concern than, it alwyas tells me i got bad lighting for the facial recognition anyway lolz

The only thing I use cc for is alienfx. No biggie for me

Fusion and sense are missing from mine as well. Can't explain it.
I didnt even realize until yesterday, because the Vista installation that came stock with the machine was running so bad that I could not get Alien Command Center to start at all, So I had never seen those options until I stumbled across a screenshot somewhere.
