    I manualy had to modify the .inf file. (edit: 06 jan 2012 : guys you can just pick the nvdm.inf from original nvidia driver set to apply this trick)
    Took a few hours to find out.. but here is was I did :

    So after initial absorbing it didn't work - and no usable drivers nowhere -
    I studied the modded .inf file from M18x forum. It found that the specific device_ID from my (eurocom)card was not in it. I figured why not add it ? and so I tried and and after that it it just installed like a freshborn baby. VERY NICE

    * Device_ID of GPU.
    To get the Device ID of your GPU, please do the following:
    -Open your Windows Device Manager
    -Double-click on the "Display Adapters" icon
    -Right-click over the icon for your GPU or any display adapter
    -Select "Properties"
    -From the Properties window, select the "Details" tab
    -From the drop down "Property" box, select "Hardware Ids"
    -Copy the first line shown and paste it into your report.
    It would look something like this:
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A2B&SUBSYS_9072104D&REV_A2

    Device_ID from the eurocom card are:
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_02A21028&REV_A1
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_02A21028
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&CC_0300

    My additions to the .inf file are in RED below the rest was already there and I didnt touch it:
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.03% = Section011, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_048F1028
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.04% = Section011, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_04901028

    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.03% = Section012, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_048F1028
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.04% = Section012, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_04901028
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.05% = Section060, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_04BA1028
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1251.06% = Section060, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_02A21028

    NVIDIA_DEV.1251.03 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M"
    NVIDIA_DEV.1251.04 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M "
    NVIDIA_DEV.1251.05 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M "
    NVIDIA_DEV.1251.06 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M "

    I installed the eucom 560M fine but had issue tryingto find the nvdm.inf since I have a few display drivers downloading. It appears in both C:\nvidia and program files\nividia corporation.

    Which inf file do I update and wher should it be located.

    Right now all my computer is recognizing is the stabdard vga graphics. not the nvidia and after i made the changes to the nvdm in 285 c:\nividia it still won't install the drivers.

    I'm downloading 296.73 nvidia driver. What do I need to after i install it to get my card working? thanks

    Ok, I got it working.

    I had two weird problems. First was that it was using the standard vga adapter also I updated the nvdm.inf. Second was that when I tried to install 293 it couldnt find the my card.

    For future reference I unistalled the 285 drivers but kept 285 in the C:\Nvidia folder and updated the nvdm.inf file there. then ran the setup and 285 installed and everything works!

    Then I installed the driver and not it works!

    when I first loaded it I can tell windows 7 worked nicer.

    but so far on battlefield 3 I havent noticed anything. may even see MORE lag.

    I tried to install the latest drivers (295) but it cant find my hardware. And looking at nvdm.inf its diffreent than 285:

    Any idea what I have to do to get 295 working with my 560M?

    hey guys,

    i recently bought the 560m from eurocom and installed it. got it working pretty easily. but now i'm having one issue: HEAT.

    In high end games, my temperatures get to 90 degrees Celsius. This does not seem too unusual in my opinion, considering that some people play at over 100 degrees regularly. But my issue is that the card's core threshold temperature is set to 90 degrees. At 90 degrees, my card shuts down and my computer cuts off power. So I'm really in need of help :/...

    I see two possible solutions thusfar:
    1) Somehow I need to get my card cooler when I play games (at idle, it sits around 36-43 degrees Celsius).

    OR

    2) I need to raise the threshold temperature. But I do NOT know how I can accomplish this....

    Please help, I would really like to see this 560m working better in my M15x!

    PS: All the games run perfect on full settings. But as soon as the temperature hits 90, WHAM, power off..

    90°C is way to much for your card, make sure the heatsink fits properly, reapply the thermal paste (make sure to properly clean the heatsink and die with rubbing alcohol or similar) and make sure the fins of the cooler are free of dust.

    Well, the 90 degrees occurs when i play Skyrim with my GPU on factory clock settings: 775/1250/1550. I feel like the memory clock factory setting seems way too high... I tried messing around with these settings and got better temperatures. But they still tended to heat up. The game I am currently playing is Skyrim. What should I set my clocks too for stable temps + good quality gameplay?

    EDIT: And yeah. When I installed the card, I made sure to apply some arctic silver 5. And I cleaned off excess thermal compound on the heat sink, though I did not use rubbing alcohol or anything. I just got it off with a mildly damp paper towel.
