Re: *OFFICIAL* "All Powerful" M15x Benchmark Thread Part 2
Dell 460m voltage: GPU Core - 0.830 V (using adia64)
GPU-Z reports the VDDC @ 0.8250
Not sure which value I should be concerned with?M15x | i5 540m | GTX 460m | 4 GB DDR3 | 500 GB HDD | 9-Cell | 1080p | Blu-Ray ROM

Re: *OFFICIAL* "All Powerful" M15x Benchmark Thread Part 2
Thanks Inap, well as the voltage looks ok maybe I'll just tinker a little bit more and see how far I can really push my card.
I have to say the temps on this card are extremely impressive, always in the mid 60's under full load. This included several runs of a Crysis bench - I'll post that when I get a chance.M15x | i5 540m | GTX 460m | 4 GB DDR3 | 500 GB HDD | 9-Cell | 1080p | Blu-Ray ROM

Re: *OFFICIAL* "All Powerful" M15x Benchmark Thread Part 2
Just had a quick look but I couldn't find any settings for upping the Vcore voltage in the BIOS so I'm not entirely sure tbh, anyone know if this is an option?
But yeah, the temps are solid under load and while the card comes heavily underclocked by dell, it is great for playing games with a bit of eye candy and even better after an OC.M15x | i5 540m | GTX 460m | 4 GB DDR3 | 500 GB HDD | 9-Cell | 1080p | Blu-Ray ROM

Re: *OFFICIAL* "All Powerful" M15x Benchmark Thread Part 2
I think my voltages are 0.850 on idle and 0.950 on load so a bit higher than yours.

Re: *OFFICIAL* "All Powerful" M15x Benchmark Thread Part 2
@sephVII: Dude, which drivers u currently using?? I'm currently using 266.** series modded drivers and I think I can still push my card further than my gaming OC(see sig). I upgraded nVidia 460M from Dell and I'm extremely happy with these card!!! The temp never crossed 75 deg when playing Metro 2033 for five hours straight at medium/high(DX11) settings in 1080p. I'm getting a fps of 35-55 fps and I'm extremely happy with my card.
I once OC'd my card to 840/1400/1670 for benching but the temps reached 85 deg when running MSI kombustor at 2XAA in 1080p. But I still think there was stability in the system and no artifacts were seen. But since my card is just 2 weeks old, I really don't wanna fry it.
I've already toasted my 260M so I need to be careful. I usually use nVidia in my M15x because I do a lot of Photoshop/video editing as well other than playing FPS games.
By the way, this morning I was running my 940 XM t 27/27/24/24 at 95/74 using TS and while benching, it went unto 80 deg... Lol... But I did reach 10K 3Dmark points. I'm currently working on finding a max possible speed for my CPU and my GPU...only if I'd a good thermal paste. Im using factory paste and it is really holding me back. And it's bloody hard to find a good paste here in India.
But I'll keep you guys posted with my results and Dane watch out, a killer Benchmark coming very soon.
SALUT!!!

On another note, I have a new C300 and I did the JJB tweak and it seems to me that the 4k is rather slow or its that common?
