    Sounds like it could have been caused in transit. Hope they fix it up nicely for you!

    Is it just me or does the Alien head look slightly annoyed someone drew on its forehead haha

    Hi! New here and looking at getting my first Alienware with the m14xR2 myself. Quick question since you have both..

    I've read a lot of reviews saying the R1 got a bit loud from the fan when gaming. Is the R2 any different (Quieter/louder/same)?
