    It's common, everyone got that, so dont worry about it much, as for myself I also got that, every time I start the laptop, sometime when opening any software with the speaker muted also get that "pop" sound.

    I've always thought it was just the sub on the bottom activating. It's normal

    This noise is actually from a surge of power to the low frequency speaker ( Sub). It is not actually normal but, it is not out of the ordinary. Just wanted to share.
