Your lucky, my order is processing. when I pushed the order button EDD was may 18th, now its June 19th. Not going to wait 2 months, cant really.

Wow! When I talked to the sales Rep he seemed concerned about how long it was going to take but he said some may ship early. If it is in fact BC of ivybridge then I don't mind waiting until the 25th. But June 19th is crazy. Now I'm going to be checking my order status constantly.

That's my first quote on the order status page, so yours shouldnt shift. Plus mine is shipping to APO. If they factored that in then judging by the date, they are shipping by boat I guess lol. If it was mil air then it would only take max a week after the original EDD (thats what I planned on). I get I may be getting the new setup, but Ill be in another country by the time it reaches my home station lol

Ahhh yeah the joys of APO LOL I know how that can be. I had to spend sometime at camp kc in Korea shipping is always a blast to say the least. Hopefully the new rig gets to you sooner then expected. Maybe you can Call the sales team and let them know your situation and see if there's anything they can do? Keep us posted.

We know your pain. mine was ordered April 20th and I have the same ship date as you(my preliminary said the 25th though) the waiting is always the hard part LOL. Looks like you have a pretty good build. I really wanted to try a SSD but not at the. price dell is offering them.

yea figured i would wait on the ssd. cheaper for me to upgrade on my own ne ways. still sad... i want my S#@&!!!!

hope i get it before ther servers go up for diablo3

They came back and said that the date they quoted was correct, and they add 6-8 weeks as soon as they see APO. I may be going with Xoticpc. they have a really good reputation and can deliver to an APO within 2-3 weeks.

But im talking to their sales reps now, and I am going to see. If my deployment got bumped then I may hold out for Alienware, But at their prices it may just be worth the switch to Xotic for this buy. Thinking carefully on this one.

Yeah its a lot of coin that's for sure. After seeing my m14 options I opted to change the order to the m17x. The m14 is great until you check a lot of options LOL. Anyway I got the m17x for just a little more and I put the order in on the 25th of april EDD didn't change one bit. Ill have to look at xotic because I'm not that familiar with them. Stay safe down range devil dog.

I am returing my m14x today via fed-ex. They are gonna credit me in full and then I am going to place my order for the R2. I wont see that thing for like 6 weeks.
