I buy new headset...plantronics 367...but when i recorded movies with fraps,my microphone is soooo low...there is some software to increase microphone volume?or that is a problem with headset?and yeah...im noob =(

I'm using 995H and not having issues with skype etc. Do you only have issue when recording? If so, its the app.

That said, when in use right click your volume icon in task bar and choose "recording devices". Choose the plantronics device and then "properties" or just dbl click. Now you should see an option to set levels.

You can get there by other means (ctrl pnl/mng audio dev) but I leave that to your preferred method.
