    Default Trouble Beep Codes

I have a M11x R3 that is giving me 5 short beeps when it tries to post. Any idea what this means or where I can find a list of trouble code definitions? Thanks.

5 beeps on an R3 is CMOS battery failure IIRC. Try replacing it?

//Edit: Here, i saved this img a few weeks back, as far as i know these are fairly accurate?

That is possibly good news. Any idea where the battery is located? Ive got keyboard off so far and no sign of it yet. Is it a standard replaceable battery?

The CMOS is on the top side of the motherboard and you'll need to take off the keyboard and palmrest to get to it.
That picture is of an R1 mobo but it is in the same position on my R2 and I assume for the R3 as well.
