What is this ---> ACPI\CPL0002

Okay, after a fresh install of Win7, I'm stuck trying to figure out what piece of hardware this is, here is the ID ACPI\CPL0002. It's listed as an unknown device. The system is running fine, its just more of a slight nagging issue for me. I tried a few things, battery meter, wifi switcher...nothing. Did some googling and again, nothing. Anyone?

Come on now guy, new to the forum cut me a little slack this time :-) ...but trust me, I've spent the last 3 days of my vacation (yes I took vacation around the arrival of my laptop) googling with no answers. But thanks for the quick replies :-)

To find the thread, I googled "m11x ACPI\CPL0002" (without quotes), and it was the first result
