Does anyone know if I would be able to have Alienware upgrade the processor in the M11x I have now?
Or am I looking at purchasing a whole new system once the faster processors are available?
Man, I am all for the evolution of a product. But, I am going to feel a little crapped on if they put out something substantially faster 3 to 4 months after I purchased my M11x.

Yes they like to do that. Just like with optimus working on the new Vaio Z. Be glad they at least got some of the details correct this time. Optimus works right now on the M11x but shh I wont tell anyone. Originally Posted by Darkhan

Unofficial drivers/mods do not go through the same testing that officially released drivers do. Use them at your own risk!
Please take time to thank the fantastic teams at Nvidia, and elsewhere, who put in so much work to program and put together the driver packages.
