    Default Acer 1410 Can't adjust screen brightness once Windows 7 starts booting

    Very odd. On my Acer Aspire 1410, I'm not able to adjust screen brightness while Windows 7 was running. Screen brightness is adjusted by pressing the FN and Arrow keys at the same time.
    When I rebooted, I could adjust screen brightness with he FN/Arrow keys UNTIL I saw the "Starting Windows" logo. Then it no longer worked.
    Any idea what I can do to fix this?

    Re-install Launch Manager.
