    Default Acer aspire 6930

    Had to reinstall vista on the 6930 and have all the drivers installed except for one. The hardware ID is acpi/wec1020. Suppossedly its the IR receiver but It wont install. I've downloaded the winbond and nuvoton and neither will install. Anyone have any ideas?

    Check the acer website for your model... they should have the drivers you need. I know you most likely already did that, but I figure it won't hurt to check again.
