hi guys im having some major problem with my laptop.

1. the laptop will not start first time (stays on the blank screen before the acer logo but all power lights are on.) it will start up eventually (after about 15 mins) but it does loose the time. which I thought was the cmos battery but I have changed it n still no luck.

2. the casing around the charging pin has snapped. so am wondering if anyone knows where I can find a replacement case. both upper n lower case. acer wants to charge me £106 for case.

all help with the problems are appreciated
