    Unlikely- you are allowed to replace HDD, RAM, Wi-Fi card and so on- adding a mini-PCI-e card won't void your warranty UNLESS it's the card that causes the problem in the first place (i.e. you put the card and it causes the short circuit that fries the mobo)
