Can you tell me what wi/fi driver you have please!!! I can't get mine to work and also have the i5 480m and 6650 so figure wifi will be the same too.

That has nothing to do with Wi-Fi. Acer uses different cards in the same model of the same laptop. There's an app on Acer support site that recognizes your hardware- Wi-Fi card included. (link)

TX it still was a pain to install, had to manually point it to the correct .inf file and only then did it work as other wise it remained unrecognized.
