Re: Acer TimelineX 3820TG Owners Lounge. Info, benchmarks, tweaks, mods and upgrades
Thats just read error from GPU-Z, its got DDR ram not SDR.
I noticed with 8GB of ram the score jumps to 6.x and with 4GB of ram I get 5.9 as a rating. So 5.5 for 3gb seems about right to me.
My rating is as follows:

Ram will always be the lowest, due to the 1066Mhz ram Vs 1333Mhz systems. Second the harddrive.Tower PC: i5-2500k @ 4.8 Ghz, 16GB 1600Mhz Ram, GTX 570 frozr iii, Force 3 120GB + Momentus XT 500GB.

Re: Acer TimelineX 3820TG Owners Lounge. Info, benchmarks, tweaks, mods and upgrades
I want to swap the WD 640GB HDD in my 5820TG for a Momentus XT 500GB.
How could I sell the WD that came with it ? I don't want to buy the XT until I sell this first. it's a budget issue + I already have too much storage between internal and external drives.
I'm in Canada if anyone is interested in a WD 640GB HDD.

I downloaded a program called sharpkeys and remapped the key next to shift to also be shift. It has helped allot. I still have problems missing the enter key because, although it is bigger, it doesn't extend to the left as far as a US keyboard enter key.
