    Hi. I have problem with my acer 5740 g. Today screens started every two seconds maybe to show bar on bottom. This problem is not with video drivers, because in bios it also show the bar. Video with problem: Acer 5740g problem with screen - YouTube How to fix it ? Thanks.

    I try to connect my loptop to TV via HDMI. In TV there is no lines as in video. Also now bottom line is bigger than in video

    That would hint towards the screen itself of possibly a cable.
    Try with a VGA monitor if you can. If it doesn't appear there either you should probably think of replacing the cable (it's cheap so it's worth trying) and if not it's most likely an LCD display itself.

    Where I can buy cheap video cable for Acer 5740g ? On ebay its expensive New Acer Aspire 5740 5740G 5745G LCD flex cable 50.4HH01.501 * US Fast shipping | eBay . Also I filmed bigger line Acer 5740g screen problem 2 - YouTube I will search for VGA cable in my house and I will try to connect with TV with loptop via VGA

    $16 is not expensive- you'll see what expensive means if it gets to replacing the LCD.
    Does it make any difference how the blinking part looks when you move the LCD.

    It makes it less likely to be the cable but I's start with replacing it anyway.
    It's cheap and it's one thing to rule out.

    Anyone else having trouble with the Windows 8 Release Preview drivers for HD5650 card?The drivers just refuse to detect my card although they should work for mobility radeon hd5000 series cards.I had to use the consumer preview drivers.
