Re: The Acer Aspire Timeline 1410 and 1810T 11.6" Thread
I hear that the su9400 got 934 points in passmark , is 450 not a bit high for a su2300? , unless the 934 is wrong.
EDIT : I just saw your post phil
Roughly, in Passmark CPU Mark:
SU2300 450 points (if single core)
SU3500 490 points
SU2300 625 points (if dual core)
SU4100 750 points
SU9400 900 points
ALWAYS MAKE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE INSTALLING OR REMOVING ANY SOFTWAREDONT FLASH NEW FIRMWARE WHEN IT FIRST COMES OUT, WAIT TO SEE IF THERE`S ANY PROBLEMS FIRST

Re: The Acer Aspire Timeline 1410 and 1810T 11.6" Thread
yes it is a dual core celeron. My GF actually has a 4810T with the SU9400. Might try to run passmark on hers just for fun.
Still couldn't find a SU2300 benchmark anywhere T_T

Yeah, I guess it looks OK
Actually, a colleague took care of that - he's a trained professional, and SMD rework is his everyday job. My hands are not steady enough anymore...
I will report back on the RAM results - I actually work in this field, and had some older DIMMs lying around in the lab
