I just used my restore DVD's to restore to default settings. I tried eRecovery and i didn't know the password eventhough i knew my first dogs name.

You could have chosen your first dog's name as password

I would like to said Acer stuffs.............
Take eRecovery, Launch Manager, Arcade Deluxe.
Uninstall the most stupid stuff called eDatasecuirty Management.
THIS RUBBISH can cause discomfort/clash of softwares. Uninstall it for the sake of peace.
