Re: Acer Aspire 8930G Owner's Lounge
I'm having major keyboard issues. The "beam me up Scotty" touchpad on the left hand side of the keyboard stopped working for a long time (couldn't unlock or anything let alone use) - I can now unlock it, but it has no effect on volume etc..
In a seperate issue, one of the shift keys appears to be getting stuck and also when I use left or right arrow keys, spurious characters (most oftenly "c") appear when I move the cursor.
On top of this, the main volume constantly diminishes to zero so I have to continually increase the volume every time I want to hear something.
Is this all touch pad related - anyone any ideas?

Re: Acer Aspire 8930G Owner's Lounge
I currently have the Acer 8930G,
T6600 Core 2 Duo Proc
Nvidia 9600GT 512MB
I know it's weak processing wise at the moment if I did get the x9100 processor upgrade would it be able to run call of duty modern warfare 1 & 2 at high quality graphics with good fps?
