Removing entries from Acer Welcome Centre (like Norton, MS Office upgrade)
Hi, after rebuilding my laptop from the restore partition (necessitated by problems, erecovery becoming non-functional) I've spent today uninstalling bloatware and putting on preferred software.
I previously had been able to remove the entries that appear in the Welcome Centre but can't find the link to the instructions that I used to do this.
Is anyone aware of how I can do this again?
Thanks.Last edited by alanmzifa; 2nd July 2008 at 04:57 PM.

Hoggie, haven't had time to attempt it again, been busy today with work, but intend to do some tweaking soon.
Never thought about removing the whole thing. Is that straightforward and is there anything removed by doing that that I might want to keep?
