i search with cpu-z and there state intel celeron m 530 socket 479 mPGA , when i search by intel with m 530 i see socket p also on acer turkey states that this is a m precessor.

Alright...what does CPU-Z says about the "Code Name"? Dothan? Yonah? Merom? Banias?

Alright nevermind. We're doing this way too complicated anyway. If you look over this entire thread you'll see numerous 5315 with celerons that has been upgrade to C2D socket P.

The STARTER of this thread, bigozone, had the same Celeron 530 you have and he upgrade to C2D T5450(if I recall) socket P......
