Re: Upgraded Acer 3680 Celeron CPU to a T5300!
we have spotted a worrying trend with acer mobo's the spec seems to change with the mobo's but the model number of the laptops could be the same. its taken some hard research to find and spot all the changes.
in some cases it could have the same model number but the date of manufacture also plays a part in what chipset the unit contains.
99% sure but until you open the unit and take a look who knows.
but will take a look for you

Re: Upgraded Acer 3680 Celeron CPU to a T5300!
Well, i never wrote to be sure that a MBAZL0600x board has the i940. According to what claims Acerparts and i reported here:
Upgraded Acer 3680 Celeron CPU to a T5300!
the MBA ZL 06001 has the i943.
Ah, i see now what happened, you saw the message where Wac quoted my post before i corrected it. Sorry

Re: Upgraded Acer 3680 Celeron CPU to a T5300!
@n4r4k i think it has i943. Mine is MBAZL06003 and a T5200 works perfectly in it.
According to Acerparts, the boards with i940 have code MBTEB0600x
