    Default Reboot

I ust have a quick concern, i want to reboot my Aspire 5630, the computer has somekind of software were i can reboot the computer or something like that ust by accepting some options and it will automatically get rebooted and all i have to do is wait, but for some reason i dont feel the computer like it was when it was new, cause it has like 2 hardrives and only one gets rebooted or something like that, the other i guess that has all the default settings since when i use this reboot system I use no cd, so i guess all the info is in there, i dont speak english as primary language so i hope this makes any sense. I was thinking on using a XP cd and reboot it like if it was a normal computer, now this is my question, if i use a "pirate" version of windows xp, when it asks me for the cd key do i have to enter the password that is on the back of my computer on the tag, or do i have to buy a new xp cd and get a cd key?

Or anyone can give me any ideas of how to erase absolutely everything from both hardrives and leave the computer as good as new?

In my country its really rarely that ppl use original XP, the only reason i have it original is because this computer had it with it, but it didnt had a Xp cd or something.

Once again I apologize if this didnt made any sense. Hopefully it will .

your english is fine....but what are you trying to do?

format and install windows? If you have a valid key then the cd should not matter

If the sticker you're talking about is the one I'm thinking of, then yes that would be your CD-key.
    Is it like this:

If it is then that's it.
That should work with the downloaded version of Windows XP (I've done it a few times on my friends computers. They had the CD-keys and no CD).

You should be fine and good to go. Your CD-Key should still validate once you format and you'll be able to download the windows updates.
Before you format, remember to back up all your personal stuff and to download the drivers for your wireless internet card. You can get all the other drivers from the internet (assuming you can connect).

Also, just because I couldn't resist:

I think that the CD-Key will only work with Windows XP Media Center Edition. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but you'll have to get Media Center Edition.
