Aspire 5920G OMG My hard Crash Without Notice

Guys I don't know whether this is my fault or not ,But I can say my Hitachi HDD is not working now

Yesterday I try to repartition my HDD .First I insert my Vista DVD and delete my C & D Drives(I can guarantee I never touch my Recovery Partition )After that I restart my system to set my bios boot order.Again I inseart vista DVD & Load setup Files...Ops....No HARD I need SATA Drivers!!! Only thing i know is BIOS set my drive to AHCI mode(I can't change it)I try to install sata drivers....Nope Nothing ......

Finally I try to Use D2D .Sorry for me...It's not working
After that I try Recovery DVDs,Again same problem!! Nothing happens.Windows going upto boot screen(Load screen) and stop without any Error msg.
I Use Hitachi Disk tool It show my drive is working cool.So where is the Problem?????

I remove my Drive from Notebook and try to format it using my 2.5-Inch External Hard Drive case(Transcend Storejet) Bluescreen.... Bluescreen....
I try it again with my desktop & I got Bluescreen..................

Finally I buy B'New HDD from my agent and use recover DVDs to install my Files(No D2D partition Now)
(I have 1 year ITW so I call ACER & They said me to send my laptop 2 nearest service centre & They will replace the drive ,But it will take 2-3 weeks..I can't wait that much coz i have my final year graduation exams next Friday ,so I buy HDD my self and going to send this F****ing hard and Aspire to service centre after my exams)

Yes I got new HDD (Same HITACHI 5K160 SATA) For very low price from My agent with 1 year 1 to 1 replacement for just $ 120 .I'm going to put new one into my 2.5 case after ACER replace my old ****
