I did a bit of research on the bottom and must say its quite unique I would recommend either the Zalman NC2000 or the NZXT Cryo

One of the members actually tried to buy lower end coolers like many but he went through 3 I believe it was and learned to save up and spend a little more. Cheap and effectiveness dont coincide well

Anyways for the DV6000t I would recommend the coolermaster notepal infinite as its great for vents that are closer to the outer edge. If you find your hot spots arent on the outer edget I recommend a Zalman NC1000 or 2000.

Could you post a pic of the bottom of the IBM Thinkpad T42 please?
Just read your review on the NC 2000 . I currently have $20 to spend on any cooler.. Guess I will wait a few months to see how temps go since my laptops are going to be on 24/7 on flat surface

I will get a picture of the bottom of my T42 for you

I just asked on those 2 coolers, since i just saw online they were 15-$20 shipped

I just bought an HP 12.1" tx2510 tablet. It's an awesome little machine, but gets hot as hell.

I'm looking for a lightweight cooler for it. Something that won't weigh my bag down or is too big, something I can use on my lap if need be as well. Quiet, with good cooling. Not like I'm being demanding on my cooling needs or anything. lol

    Any suggestions??

I own the Antec, but my dad will inherit my Acer I use it with so he's getting that cooler too. It's nice, light, and cool.

Thanks X2P, I'll keep my eye on those.

Where are people getting the Nzxt and Zalman for like $20? I'd pay that. Hell, I picked up the Antec for like $10 when it was on sale at Staples.

I have never seen any store sell one in the 20$ range. If people are paying only that much for them they are more likly then not used or knockoffs.
