I own the 2.5" 44-pin IDE 64GB V2 and it has the following performance :

Above are on ICH4-M and UDMA-5...

Details are on comments of photo, though i think the basic is that it is Aligned 2048 sectors and i removed INTEL drivers (Write Limit @ 16MB/s) and use microsoft ones...
