If a picture is worth a thousand words, what would worth a few pictures with words in them?
I skipped the part that shows how to remove the front bezel. If you still need it, you can find it on Dell's website,
HERE! I didn't have to remove the display, just the bezel.
After you get to the microphone assembly you simply remove the 2 screws holding it (I forgot to mention this in the next pictures, but I'm sure most of you figured that out):
Before drilling, measure like in the first picture and use a thin marker where you should drill the first (small) hole. Use the 1st to drill the first hole. Use the 2nd to make that hole larger and at the end use the 3rd (biggest) drill to round the edges a little:
