Really the only other way to get it as clean as cleaning it by hand is by using an air compressor... the kinda you would use to fill the tires on your car... if you look the 'sinks' in your heatsink you can see they are much to small to allow clumps of hair out... and even a air compressor would just blow the dusk out of the clumps.... little else...
