A CPU swap on a 1330 is really easy. Its just one panel and then the fan assembly. If you do a search for it you can easily google the repair manual for the 1330, it will literally take you step by step through everything.

Duffyaneal: is there any particular bios that you use for the T9300?

Does that Networld dude have a storefront? I'm a little hesitant to try to buy something like that from some dude in who knows where.

Does anyone have any idea when some of the major internet vendors might carry some Penryn upgrade CPUs? (NewEgg, ZZF, Tiger Direct....)
