Called tech support today about the fingerprint reader issue. The rep said i had the most up-to-date fingerprint reader software, so it's most likely a Vista issue. He said he would pass the info onto the tech support team and see if they could figure something out. He stated he was leaving in 30 minutes, i called in a few hours ago, and if they find a solution by then he would give me a call back. If not, he would be out of town for the next two days, so if they figure something out when he's gone, he would give me a call back on friday.
